Aufgaben

Your new role:

In your role as Expert Offer Methods & Processes (m/d/w) you will manage projects in Common Sourcing which includes sourcing units in the Headquarter (Food and Non-Food) and International Trading Offices in countries.

Where your expertise is needed:

  • Take up project requests and develop projects end to end (from the project plan until the final approval of deliverable).
  • Analyze, develop, and improve sourcing processes in those areas Support the sourcing units in process related questions and be the link between end user and process supporting IT applications.
  • Implement process changes, new processes and support the implementation of IT related application changes and updates.
  • Maintain the Sourcing related Master Data processes and be the link to our IT colleagues for supporting tools.
  • Document the sourcing process environment incl. Master Data, changes, and new developments in standard documentation tools.
  • Maintain implementation of and adherence to legal, internal, and external compliance requirements in the sourcing field.
  • Be the business partner and support to the cross functional teams in the sourcing units for process and tool related topics.

Profil

What we are looking for:

  • BA or MA degree in an economics or analytical discipline (e.g. business, information technologies) and at least 3 years' experience working in the field of project-, process and IT related function.
  • Good knowledge of project management, leadership in especially cross functional international projects. A respective certification in Project Management such as PMP or equivalent Lean Six Sigma is helpful, but not obligatory.
  • Retail /Wholesale experience is a plus (especially in the sourcing environment).
  • Very good communication skills and ability to work cross functional in teams.
  • Good understanding of change management and its requirements as well as strong facilitation and analytical skills.
  • Business proficiency in English is required, German is considered as very helpful.
  • Business travel depending on the project may occur and is therefore required.
